Field Application Manager

This global semiconductor company in Malacca is seeking a Field Application Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's Field Application Team.
• Responsible for LED product technical and application support to customers.
• Coordinate activities related to LED product application.
• Participate in New Product Application/ Design and execution of engineering evaluations/ product characterization.
• Communicate with Marketing/ Customers on new Product Application issues.
• Coordinate new design for customers.
• Oversee Optical Lab Test/ Characterization equipment.
• Educate customers on product application and application note generation.
• Spearhead all product application issues in Dominant Opto Technologies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor (at minimum) / Master degree related to Engineering.
• 10 years of experience (Automation Engineering in Semiconductor manufacturing is a must).
• Experience in Project Management is highly advantageous.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a must.
• Candidates who require a visa sponsorship to work in Malaysia need not apply.
