Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth within the Solar and Renewable Energy industry. This role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work within a fast-growing renewable energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential, commercial and industrial (C&I) solar segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote solar solutions and services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Support negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential solar project opportunities.
  • Travel across Malaysia to meet clients and support business development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2C or B2B sales experience, preferably within the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Energy-related industries.
  • Experience selling to consumer end-users, commercial or industrial clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy solutions and project-based sales is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Willing and able to travel across Malaysia as required.
