Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling incoming calls on products, claim and other related enquiries promptly and to continuously deliver exceptional customer service experience through ownership and resolution of the iss
  • Respond to customers' request and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Following up feedback and escalation within internal department and customer until it is resolved.
  • Capture customers' feedback, comments and suggestions and share it with the Supervisors to improve service and customers satisfaction.


  • At least 1 year or less with relevant Inbound call centre experience
  • At least possess SPM qualification with a minimum score of B in both English and Mathematics
  • Mandarin proficient applicants will recieve an additional language allowance
  • Committed and self-driven individual
