Executive Accountant

Executive Accountant , Petaling Jaya

About our client:
This company is a well-known MNC in the energy, property and engineering industry with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire an executive accountant to be based in Petaling Jaya to support the senior management and wor together with some of the brightest in the field.

Your key responsibilities includes:
* Take charge of full spectrum finance and accounting for the business.
* Responsible for preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements for different regional entities.
* Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
* Co‐ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
* Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
* Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:
* Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MIA etc.)
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Big 10 audit or MNC environment.
* Experience using SAP system
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
