The Company

  • A leading, global company in the insurance industry.

The Role

  • Provide support services meeting agreed SLA
  • Provide Dashboard/Report showing supporting tickets statistics & analysis
  • Planning, execution & monitoring for assigned tasks
  • Initiate improvement tasks whenever necessary
  • Provide Local BU communication plan, contents and manage local BU responds

The Requirements

  • 3 years direct experience in L1 support.
  • Experienced in SLA compliance and monitoring
  • Mandarin speaking and Azure Cloud experience are advantages.
