Esports League Operations Manager

Our client is a major player in the entertainment industry, looking for an Operation Manager to join them!

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of the match day tournament flow and coordinate with all departments to ensure the smoothness of the event.
• Be responsible for the standard formulation and training of referees by coordinating with vendor.
• Be responsible for the formulation of the SOPs for on-ground operation for learning and improvement.
• Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament rulebook based on the requirement of the product, teams, players, and related stakeholders.
• Be responsible for handling the request between teams and the league. Ensure the requests are precisely delivered and end results are well achieved from both ends.

Requirements

• Passion for the esports industry would be an added advantage
• 2+ years in event management or games industry
• Highly proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication and writing skills
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite experience is preferred; Capability to independently process information and requests in a teamwork environment
• A detail-oriented self-starter with patience and strong sense of responsibility, project management experience is preferred
