Engineering Manager

Our client is one of the largest vendue in APAC and they are currently expanding their IT team by looking for Engineering Manager who can lead the team and the system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the team of developers and project assigned for both front and back end team
• Provide technical design solution and consultation with Head of IT
• Communicate with multiple level of stakeholders and be responsible on the project under your assigned team
• Able to provide mentorship and coach your team developers and code reviews
• Write clean code and ensure the team follows the best practises on your direction
• Promote Engineering excellance and work with crossfunctional team

Key Requirements :

• At least 5 years and above experience as Tech Lead/Manager
• Must have experience in TypeScript + NodeJs (back end services)
• Exposure in Distributed system and Cloud - Azure
• Good leadership experience and able to direct the junior developers technical inputs
• Strong experience working in an agile development setup
• Good communication skills in English
