Electrical Engineer (BESS)

Our client is a pioneer in the renewable energy industry in Malaysia and they're currently looking for Electrical Engineers to support the development of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for renewable energy projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Assist in project planning, procurement, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design compliance and timely delivery.
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in renewable energy or power systems.
• Proficient in electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and grid integration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
