Due Diligence Junior Analyst - Business Procurement

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration process across the organization.
  • Review COI declarations made by staff to ensure policy compliance and reasonableness.
  • Conduct Gifts & Hospitality (G&H) reconciliation across the organization.
  • Oversee the Personal Account Dealing (PAD) declaration process throughout the group.
  • Assist COI, G&H, and PAD process owners in creating and maintaining best practices.
  • Provide advisory on centralized processes such as declarations and risk assessments.
  • Perform relevant system support activities and manage system vendors.
  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of systems related to COI, G&H, and PAD processes.

Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years of experience in performing compliance operational activities e.g such as COI declarations reviews, G&H reconciliation.
  • Attitude to push the status quo and constantly improve on areas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate confidently with stakeholders across other regions.
