Domain Lead (Wealth Management / Credit Origination)

Job Description:

  • Led and managed a cross-functional IT delivery team including Technical Delivery Managers, System Analysts, Developers, and DevOps engineers.
  • Directed strategic projects and platform enhancements across Customer Management, Wealth Management, and Credit Origination domains.
  • Designed and implemented system capabilities aligned with business functions and enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Applied deep domain expertise in retail and corporate banking workflows and system functionalities.
  • Oversaw cross-functional requirement analysis involving business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Collaborated with domain architects to validate and establish scalable design solutions.
  • Built and maintained a comprehensive repository of system features and data maps.
  • Spearheaded innovative problem-solving initiatives, including prototyping and pilot development.
  • Coordinated with testing teams to ensure successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.
  • Provided validation support during UAT to ensure requirements were met and exit criteria fulfilled.
  • Built strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolved project risks and schedule impacts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional professional or technical certifications are a plus.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in Customer Management (particularly Microsoft Dynamics), Wealth Management, and Credit Origination platforms.
  • Over 15 years of proven experience delivering global and regional capabilities in Customer, Wealth, and Credit systems within multinational or regional financial institutions, including full budgetary ownership.
  • More than 7 years of leadership experience managing IT systems or technology delivery teams, with a strong track record as a Senior Delivery Manager overseeing end-to-end solution delivery in the financial services domain.
  • Adept at translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions, effectively bridging the gap between development teams and business stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and migration initiatives in Customer Management, Wealth Management, and Credit Origination.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects using both Waterfall and hybrid Agile methodologies.
