Director, Brand Marketing & Communications

Job description

Our client is a leading player within the digital platform and retail services industry, seeking for a Director of Brand Marketing and Communications to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee corporate communications and public relations, acting as spokesperson and managing media relations, crisis communications, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency and governance across all touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities.
  • Manage creative development, campaign performance, sponsorships, and budget planning to maximize ROI and brand impact.
  • Build strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and government bodies while driving internal communications and leadership visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience within brand management, marketing communications, and/or strategic marketing.
  • Keen sense of business acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
