Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
