Digital Partnership Manager

Job Description:

• Manage digital partnership opportunities, ensuring compliance with BNM guidelines, AML CTF, and internal bank risk framework.
• Identify new partnership and business opportunities, developing tailored banking products to meet market needs.
• Build relationships with local and regional teams and stakeholders to implement risk and security governance processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and market research to identify areas of opportunity for partnerships.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage agreements and contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring task assignment and timely deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Has 5-8 years of experience in consulting, partnership, and project management.
• Knowledge in banking risk and governance framework, risk, and compliance is an advantage.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Exhibits excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and display strong stakeholder management.
