Demand Planning Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the food manufacturing industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Demand Planning Assistant Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting the Manager to supervise the team and manage the inventory planning end-to-end processes.
  • Develop statistical forecast and manage inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods.
  • Weekly S&OP reporting and planning review with customer and internal stakeholders to share performance, event, projection, opportunity, risk, concern and action for continuous inventory improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4 years working experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning Management. Preferably from Food industry.
  • Experience in handling and establishing customer relationships regionally.
  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP and/or ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Mandarin speaking preferred due to stakeholder management.
