What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, supporting a wide range of banking enquiries
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience with strong ownership and focus on first contact resolution
  • Support customers with banking products, services, online facilities, and account management
  • Communicate clearly and honestly to build strong customer relationships
  • Take ownership of customer outcomes in a busy and changing environment
  • Contribute ideas and support improvements to enhance service quality and business performance
  • Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely and efficient customer support

Language Requirements

  • Malaysia & Australia market: Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • US market: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
