Customer Quality Manager

Job description

Our client is a rapidly expanding semiconductor company in Malacca. They are looking to hire a Customer Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding QA, audits, and visits.
  • Develop, implement, and assess quality strategies and systems to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and instructions in alignment with IATF 16949, equivalent international quality systems, and customer requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and customer complaints using the 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR) and ensure follow-up on action implementations.
  • Coordinate and report quality data as required by customers.
  • Regularly review the quality system for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree or Master's in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Science with relevant experience in the IATF 16949 Quality System.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong managerial skills with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical and problem-solving tools.
