Customer Quality Engineer

Job description

This company within the Johor Bahru area is a Multinational Electronics Manufacturer which is experiencing rapid growth due to their high demands from customers. Due to expansion, they are looking to add a Customer Quality Engineer to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a window of contact between the company and the customers to ensure proper alignment towards all customer satisfaction.
  • Drive down customer quality complaints systemically by finding the root cause of the issue at hand.
  • Communicating the root cause of the problems towards the stakeholders affected to eliminate all errors.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/relevant).
  • At minimum, 5 years spent within the discipline of Quality Assurance from a Manufacturing environment (preferably within the Electronics space)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong capabilities of writing and comprehending 8D reporting
