This company within the Johor Bahru area is a Multinational Electronics Manufacturer which is experiencing rapid growth due to their high demands from customers. Due to expansion, they are looking to add a Customer Quality Engineer to their team.
- Act as a window of contact between the company and the customers to ensure proper alignment towards all customer satisfaction.
- Drive down customer quality complaints systemically by finding the root cause of the issue at hand.
- Communicating the root cause of the problems towards the stakeholders affected to eliminate all errors.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/relevant).
- At minimum, 5 years spent within the discipline of Quality Assurance from a Manufacturing environment (preferably within the Electronics space)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong capabilities of writing and comprehending 8D reporting
