Customer Program Manager (EMS)

Job description

Our client is one of the leading electronics manufacturers, having various market channels including semiconductor, industrial equipment and so on. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Customer Program Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of handling commercial factors within the company as well as accounts in order to facilities on-time delivery of products/services within the customer's preferences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients on a frequent basis so that all accounts are up to date and managed correctly.
  • Manage all events of coordination activities which include purchasing, planning, etc in accordance to the client's requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience working in EMS, OEM, Semiconductor or equivalent.
  • Experience handling Customer-based responsibilities within Supply Chain.
  • Effective communicative skills with internal parties, clients and suppliers.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
