Customer Operations Executive

Job description

This global retail company based in KL is looking to hire a resourceful Customer Operations Executive who is capable in SAP. Looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin and English, and has excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for the logistics functions on operations, customer service, process compliance and cost management
  • To advise customers in placing amendment orders for any incorrect orders and inputting the orders into SAP
  • Ensuring all shipping documents are in order to avoid delays in delivery and resolving logistics issues as efficiently as possible
  • Maintaining large databases for all the shipping information, sales orders and to disseminate information to customers every 1st week of the month

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum be holding a Diploma or Degree in either Business or Supply Chain
  • Must be knowledgeable in SAP (have done Sales order processing)
  • Excellent English skills in oral and written, preferred to be able to communicate in Mandarin because of logistics partners
  • Will be advantageous with knowledge of Import & Export tariffs and duties within SEA
