Join a leading local F&B brand as a Customer Loyalty Assistant Manager, leading the customer retention and loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to encourage customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Prepare customer data analysis to generate customer segmentation for future strategies.
  • Optimize and drive improvement strategies for the loyalty program to enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with customer service team to build close customer relationships and personalize experiences to improve customer journey.
  • Analyse and collate data as well as insights to measure performance and ensure goals are achieved.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with customer loyalty programs, CRM systems, or relevant within Retail or F&B.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
