Our client is one of the top players in the telco industry renowned for its vibrant culture. They are currently looking for a Customer Management & MNP Principal to lead an upcoming project.

Reporting to the Head of IT Services, this role needs you to manage end to end Customer Management Domain (Mobile Number Portability, CRM, Order Mgmt, etc). You'll oversee the entire process from analyzing problems or business needs, liaising with department stakeholders and vendors, strategize, implement and monitor solutions and their outcome. All to ensure stability, effective, efficient, availability, timely and quality of IT Services within your responsibility.

To qualify an individual must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related fields
  • Knowledgeable in system administration (configuration, production activity, etc), ISIT Infrastructure
  • Technology Acumen: Understanding how CRM supports the business
  • Good communication skills in English with Stakeholder Management experiences
