About our Client

This company is a Property Development company based in Johor. They are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to support the company's fundraising, investment and financial planning activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility studies for property development projects.
  • Support fundraising activities, including preparation of proposals, term sheets, and communication with banks, investors, or government agencies.
  • Conduct cash flow projections and monitor project financing requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and investment papers for management and board review.
  • Evaluate joint venture, acquisition, and divestment opportunities.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, and legal advisors for financing and compliance matters.
  • Support corporate restructuring, capital management, and risk assessment activities as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights on property and investment market developments.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment, or property development.
  • Candidates with external audit experience, particularly those who have audited property development or construction companies, are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and project financing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
