Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager

About your company

This company is a well-known PLC in the property and construction business based in Selangor. They have a robust expansion strategy and is aiming to strenghten their Finance team. Currently, they are looking to hire a Corporate Finance & Treasury manager to join their team.

About your role

• This role will manage a lean team that is growing in tandem to the company's expansion plans and will report to the Head of Corporate Finance
• The Treasury function is also a part of this team
• Key focus of this role would be managing the Group's corporate finance and Treasury matters
• You will also handle strategic planning, financial modelling and financial analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions/ investments.
• Assist in banking facilities, loan application, project financing and fundraising.
• Liquidity and cash management, manifestation of forex and hedging strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

• 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance either in investment banks, or Commercial industry
• Ideal to have property development/ construction background
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and commercial acumen
• Good internal & external stakeholders management skills in a fast-paced environment
