About Our Client
Our client is a leading regional player in the consumer goods industry, known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality products. As part of their growth, they are seeking a strategic insights professional to support market research, data analysis, and go-to-market planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and field visits to gather customer insights.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and develop dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to support business planning.
  • Define customer segments, channels, and positioning to support go-to-market strategies and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and launch campaigns.
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Nielsen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proactive and curious mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
