Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Leader to work for a world renowned multinational FMCG business.

About this role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is part of the senior management team that is tasked to develop and implement strategies to ensure continued growth and success in Malaysia.


  • Achieve/exceeding annual sales targets across Malaysia.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to ensure a consistent growth in sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with distributors/retailers across Malaysia.
  • Stay continually up to date with a detailed understanding of the market dynamics to keep up with market trends.
  • Managing the overall sales budget; analysing the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimise spending.


  • Experienced Sales Director/Leader with proven record of success.
  • Leadership experience of working in an FMCG environment - ideally with a well known household brand name.
  • Comfortable managing multiple trade channels.
  • A hands on Sales Director with the ability to work in a dynamic, high growth environment.
