Compliance Manager (Banking / Insurance)

Job description

Our client is a reputable MNC company headquartered in Asia and has strong presence in Southeast Asia region. They are known to be a strong financially stable organization providing reliable products and services across various sectors. As a leader, you will need to guide and grow the compliance team to prevent fraudulence across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and monitor fraud and market conduct to ensure compliance among agents.
  • Develop risk indicators to understand and profile agent behavior effectively.Share best practices and address potential risks in market conduct and fraud management.
  • Refine methods for identifying and preventing undesirable practices among agents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance aligned with the organization's values, while overseeing fraud analysis and compliance efforts.

Key Requirements :

  • Professional qualification in Accountancy / Finance / Law or Insurance.
  • Minimum 5 years in investigation, internal audit, financial institution / insurance industry. Experience in
    handling investigation/complaints.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Posses knowledge on
     Product knowledge & features
     Good comprehension of compliance methodologies
  • Strong understanding in Data Analysis
