Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare compensation reports, analyze data, and support annual budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on reward strategies and policy updates.
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
