Compensation and Benefits Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain salary structures, pay bands, and compensation frameworks.
  • Lead annual cycles: merit reviews, promotions, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations; recommend adjustments.
  • Manage benefits programs (medical, insurance, wellness) and vendor relationships.
  • Provide analytics on pay equity, turnover risk, and compensation trends.
  • Advise HRBPs and leaders on offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
  • Drive communication on total rewards and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-10 years' experience in C&B/Total Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Skilled in market pricing, salary surveys, and variable pay design.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
