Compensation & Benefit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and manage salary structures, grading systems, and pay policies

  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation

  • Lead annual compensation cycles (merit increases, bonuses, promotions)

  • Support job evaluation, role leveling, and internal equity analysis

  • Provide compensation insights and recommendations to HR and leadership

  • Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness, leave policies, etc.)

  • Liaise with benefit vendors, brokers, and insurers

  • Review benefits effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on employee needs and market trends

  • Ensure smooth enrollment, communication, and administration of benefits programs

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefits

  • Maintain compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and documentation

  • Support audits and regulatory reporting as required

  • Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and cost analyse

  • Monitor compensation costs and benefits budgets

  • Use data to support decision-making and workforce planning

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for managers and employees on C&B-related topics

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer structuring and negotiations

  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management and workforce planning







Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • 6-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits design, and labor laws

  • Experience with salary surveys and HRIS systems

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
