Client Management - Manager level

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions.

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Account Management:

    • Oversee client accounts, ensuring all activities align with client goals and objectives.

    • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive growth.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for acquiring new clients.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement client management strategies in line with the company's overall business objectives.

    • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on client account performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.

    • Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform strategy and improve service delivery.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all client management activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
