Our client is a global leader in developing innovative and leading-edge technology solutions for its international construction professionals. It consists more than 10,000 employees across Malaysia, Europe and US. Its team in KL is not an extended workbench location but a fully recognized competence center that covers all the relevant areas of the business IT.

In summary, this role will be managing a number of teams under the information technology team covering the general IT controls, cybersecurity management, application support teams and more. The role requires you to spearhead the teams and ensures that everything is coordinated accordingly between local and across the region. In this role, you will be responsible in ensuring the overall cybersecurity and application standards are well implemented. Last but not least, you will also be required to have good business acumen.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• A bachelor's/ master's degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant qualifications
• More than 15 years of working experience
• In-depth knowledge in new technologies and standards
• Good spoken and written proficiency in English
