Chief Financial Officer in Selangor

About our Client
This CFO role will manage a group of companies under this Group in the Services industry. They are a pioneer in this segment and has an established presence throughout Malaysia as they continue to gain market share over their competitors with its robust expansion plans. This role would be based at their HQ in Subang Jaya together with the finance team.

Responsibilities
This role will head the finance function at Group level and report to the Managing Director. You will ensure that the daily finance operations are in order and support senior management in strategic planning as they upscale their business in this region. You will also oversee Group Reporting, Management Reporting and FP&A in addition to business partnering with other heads. There will be presentation to the Board and involvement in process improvement and re-engineering as the business aims to achieve better efficiency in its reporting process. Stakeholder management is a crucial requirements needed for this role.

Skills and Experience Required
This role requires applicants to have 15-20 years experience in a relevant role within Finance & Accounting. You will also need professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA and good understanding of the supply chain function or industry. You will need strong stakeholder management and experience in process automation and process re-engineering.
