About Our Client
This company is a multinational corporation in the manufacturing industry based in Selangor with a strong customer base in Asia and India. They are at the forefront of innovation and is well-known in the industry with a global presence. They are seeking for a dynamic CFO to join their leadership team and drive financial strategies to new heights.

Responsibilities
You will support the CEO and lead the Finance team. Your responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

• Plan, develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth, performance and profitability goals
• Oversee finance operations and spearhead the reporting function to regional and global offices which includes budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with other divisions to drive initiatives and meet organisational goals through effective business partnering
• Ensure adequacy of internal controls and compliance with international reporting standards, group reporting framework and government regulations
• Evaluate financial and business analysis to keep track and monitor performance, cost and inventories
• Maintain and enhance cost accounting techniques and methodologies to support decison-making process
• Manage foreign exchange exposure to minimise risks and variances
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other stakeholders across the region and at HQ

Skills and Experience Required
To be shortlisted for this role, you will need at least 12 years experience in a relevant role and proven experience as a senior finance leader within a multinational corporation. You will need experience in the manufacturing industry and strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, controlling and cost accounting. It is also important to have excellent analytical skill and strategic acumen along with the ability to have good stakeholder management.
