CFO role in Selangor for a FMCG Manufacturing company

About the company
This Company is in the Consumer Product Manufacturing industry based in Selangor and have a strong presence in the market. They have been established for a few decades and is well-known for their top quality range of products. With recent changes and development in the company, they are looking to strengthen the Finance and Accounting team with the hiring of a CFO.

Key responsibilities
This CFO role is part of the senior leadership team and is a combination of strategic and operational scope. Aside from managing the Finance & Accounting function, you will also work closely with other HODs and support senior management on decision-making. Aside from full spectrum Finance which also oversees costing, audit, tax, treasury and compliance, you will also handle Commercial Finance, FP&A and Supply Chain Finance. This requires active business partnering with the Sales, Marketing and Operations team. You will also spearhead system and process improvement and drive initiatives on this.

Skills and experience required

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 15 years experience with at least a Degree in Finance, Accounting or professional qualification. You will also need to have good experience in FMCG Manufacturing or Light Manufacturing industry with strong business acumen. It would also be an added advantage to have exposure to SAP system, system implementation and process improvement.
