Business Transformation Lead (Insurance)

Responsibiilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary team for Insurance sector engagements.
• Manage large, complex Insurance-related engagements, covering Financial Management, Strategy, Operations, IT, project management, and change management.
• Drive the development and presentation of final project deliverables.
• Contribute to planning and executing business strategies, optimizing efficiency in operational and financial management for clients.
• Advise and lead engagements related to framework development and implementation of Insurance solutions and applications.
• Support building client relationships through high-quality engagement delivery.
• Experienced individual with knowledge of Insurance/Takaful operations.
• Manage engagement staffing, financials, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate client pursuits and proposal development specific to the Insurance sector.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategy and operations engagements in Insurance, managing the process from start to finish.
• Oversee the quality of engagements and facilitate staff development.

Requirements

• Bring experience in transforming Insurance operations, particularly in middle and back-office functions.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to comprehend the impact of business decisions on strategic operations in Insurance.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
• Specialize in strategic growth, including business and technology changes in Insurance, such as digital transformation and Fintech.
• Hold external consulting experience, particularly in Financial Services, Insurance, and Digital Technology, with a proven track record of driving significant IT-related changes in the sector.
• Successfully contributed to major IT projects in the Insurance sector.
• Show expertise in the operational landscape of Insurance companies and digital technology, providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Have a Bachelor's degree in areas like Banking & Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or Actuarial Science from a recognized institution.
