Business process consultant

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Mapping: Analyze and map existing business processes across the Southeast Asia subsidiary, collaborating with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of current practices.
  • Consultation and Best Practices: Propose and engage with stakeholders to define and optimize processes based on best practices, drawing on your consulting expertise. This may include HR processes, financial processes, supply chain, order management, or other areas as needed.
  • Standardization and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency improvements across different processes, considering technical and operational aspects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders from different countries to ensure alignment and acceptance of process improvements.
  • Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable roadmaps for process improvements, with a focus on delivering value and cost savings.
  • Technical Integration: Collaborate with IT, RPA, and technical teams to ensure that the systems used for different processes support the proposed improvements, especially automations.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts during the implementation of process improvements, including training and communication strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Consulting certifications) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, improvement, and consulting, with a track record of driving positive outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders across diverse cultures.


Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lean Six Sigma tools).
  • International business experience or experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge in RPA tools, such as UI path.

Adaptability to work on a variety of business processes beyond the initial hire-to-retire project.
