Overview:

My client is an organization dedicated to delivering tailored solutions driven by process and system technology. They specialise in providing innovative precision cleaning and automation solutions to various industries. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive growth and expansion. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in business development, sales and client relations.

The role:

  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and creating market strategies.

  • Manage sales and marketing activities, lead generation, customer outreach and build strong relationships with customers.

  • Work cross-functionally with the Engineering and Marketing teams.

  • Lead proposals, deliver presentations and support teams to close deals.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends and customer feedback to management.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any business related field.

  • Working experience in the semicon and/or automation industries are preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
