Business Development Executive (Mortgage Team)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate mortgage products.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and lead generation to expand the customer base.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Consistently surpass monthly mortgage sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and engaging with customers.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Role Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SPM (Passed).
• At least one year of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
• Strong skills in sales and negotiation.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and the property market is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish strong customer relationships.
• Valid driving license, as the role involves travel.
