Business Development Director - Semiconductor Packaging

Job description


An industry leader specializing in outsourced semiconductor assembly and test is seeking to secure the expertise of a Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the company's revenue and profitability through the expansion of international accounts.
  • Develop a strong strategic sales plan to ensure long term profitability and growth in market share.
  • Working closely with other departments such as program management, manufacturing and finance.
  • Build multi-level relationships with customers and stakeholders, ranging from C-Suite Executives to Technical Managers.
  • Manage the customer profit and loss margin to ensure that sales objectives are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in sales/business development within the semiconductor industry.
  • Keen commercial acumen in making high level decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous.
