About our client:
This company is a world class European MNC in the manufacturing/engineering industry. They are looking to hire a business controller to support their team in Petaling Jaya.

Your key responsibilities includes:

• Support regional management in industrial analysis and implementing controlling procedures across plants.
• Responsible for production cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Coordinate profitability analysis and collaborate with management ti develop strategies for improving profitability, managing cost-saving initiatives and pricing strategies.
• CAPEX management and investment evaluation
• Support on budgeting and forecasting

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Exposure in industrial or manufacturing industry will have added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems-SAP is a must, SAP 4Hana is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
