Business Analyst (Multi-level marketing)

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Gather business requirements from relevant parties, which may include project managers instead of direct stakeholders.

* Generate invoices for distributor customers and record transactions within the invoice.

* Collaborate with global cross-functional business teams to handle enhancement requests either independently or in collaboration with the development team.

* Focus on projects/tasks related to Herbalife's Quote to Cash (QTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, such as Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Pricing, Taxing, Invoicing, Receipts, and Cash Reconciliation.

* Proficient in software development lifecycles, specifically Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as AIM Methodology.

* Understand business requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Documents and work towards proposed solutions.

* Responsible for application software setups and functional testing across production support, enhancements, and projects.

* Meet service level agreements for prompt response and resolution of production support issues.

* Possess excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.

* Adhere to documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards. * Perform additional assigned duties.

* Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries and understanding PL/SQL APIs.

* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software-related issues and products.

* Familiarity with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, and release management.

* Coordinate migrations and implementation of changes across different Oracle Application environments (Development, Test, and Production).

* Self-managing: well-organized, capable of multitasking, effective time management, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing multi-team environment.

* Business Analyst background with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, knowledgeable in SDLC Agile methodology. * Preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), creation of user stories, design of UAT test cases, and support during UAT. * Basic understanding of SQL queries for day-to-day activities.

* Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP UI and/or REST API).

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience.
