Business Analyst BPO

Support project management activities for BPO deployment projects, working closely with the project managers to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to support business analysis.
  • Document business processes and assess integration with technology.
  • Engage and mobilize users within project scope.
  • Assist in gap analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Coordinate testing and follow-ups.
  • Support training, knowledge transfer, and documentation (e.g., job aids).
  • Help implement support models.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Stakeholder satisfaction (Project Manager, Process Owner, end users, etc.).
  • Quality and completeness of project documentation.
  • Achievement of expected project benefits.
  • Efficiency in gathering requirements and defining solutions.
  • Minimization of issues and rework during the project.
