Brand Marketing Manager

Job description

Join one of the international market leaders in chemical coatings as a Brand Marketing Manager for their B2B portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both ATL and BTL activities to increase brand awareness and drive for sales growth.
  • Lead roadshows and on-ground activation nationwide to support new product launches and campaigns.
  • Coordinate brand plans with selected agencies to support execution of campaigns in aligment with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct brand and campaign reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in ATL & BTL marketing within the B2B sector.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malay.
  • Has strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for work-related events.
