About our client:

This company is a well-known MNC in the manufacturing of aircraft parts and equipment business with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire an assistant finance manager to support the finance team for the Malaysian entity

Your key responsibilities includes:

• Take charge of budgeting and forecasting and highlight forecast assumptions on outlooks to stakeholders
• Responsible for costing analysis
• Handle the update of Bil of Materials and assist with closing of inventory journals
• Perforn feasibility analysis on Capital Expenditure request
• Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
• Support audit & taxation process (internal and external)
• Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
• Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and FP&A.
• Exposure in manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
