Assistant Brand Manager

Job description

Our client is a global leader in the paint industry, they are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities (eg. TV / program sponsorship, opinion leaders, non-corporate etc). Support the adaptation and local activation of the Colour of the Year.
  • Evaluate key activities; identify learning and implement them for further improvement.
  • Support Head of Marketing as the country brand champion to ensure brand alignment, consistent branding and brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support Head of Marketing in the deployment and implementation of agreed activities
  • Set and maintain standards per the product specifications for the category, including responding to competitive pressures, eg, product benchmarking, and market feedback eg., quality complaints

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experiences with marketing/brand activation experience.
  • Good communication skills, having experience in conducting training.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task
