Assistant Branch Manager

Job description


This role will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the overall operations of the Branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee profit and loss.
  • Manage budget, business operations and training of team members.
  • Oversee business operations and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their family members.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of Sales Management experience.
  • No prior experience in bereavement services required.
  • Excellent people skills to develop and maintain relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Willing to be based in Alor Setar.
