Job description

Join one of the market leaders in the consumer goods space as an Area Sales Manager to drive the sales and lead the distributor management for Sabah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual sales plan to improve sales strategies and drive growth in revenue.
  • Conduct market research to analyse and identify new market opportunities.
  • Manage and lead distributor management to ensure smooth sales development, channel growth, and promotional campaigns alignment.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive marketing and promotions to increase sales.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in sales / distributor management within FMCG or similar industry.
  • Strong sense of business acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with a passion for sales.
  • Proven sales track record.
