Area Sales Manager (Penang, Building Materials)

My client is a top player in the building materials industry here in Malaysia. They specialise in commercial and residentials ceramic flooring products, occupying the premium segment of the market.

Responsibilties:

• Deliver comprehensive customer service before and after purchase to local clients.
• Accountable for local sales and revenue collection outcomes.
• Recognize consumer demands and patterns that could lead to sales opportunities.
• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, keeping abreast of rivals' strategies.
• Offer effective resolutions to client questions and concerns.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Sales & marketing related field
• Min 1-3 years sales experience in building material industry.
• Must possess sales or building construction related business experience
• Possess analytical and negotiation skill
• Able to travel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong marketing abilities and able to execute and materialize sales strategies.
• Driving license is a must, posts own transport
