Area Sales Manager - material handling industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the overall strategy for commercial activities including the sales and rental of units on hand.
• Monthly sales and forecast planning, including budgeting.
• Establish and maintain long term relationships with customers across the assigned region.
• Maintaining the optimal level of stock on hand while meeting sales & rental objectives.
• Providing leadership and motivating the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10 years of sales/business development experience within the material handling industry in Malaysia.
• Proven sales achievements in previous roles.
• Effective leadership experience in a people management role.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states in Malaysia.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
