Area Sales Manager (Central)

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational company in the retail distribution sector, known for its strong global presence and commitment to innovation. They are currently seeking a senior sales leader to support strategic business development and drive sales excellence for the Central region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations for the Central region across the retail trade channel.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales volume growth, while also strengthening relationships with direct accounts and wholesalers.
  • Identify opportunity for channel expansion through territory and market analysis.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team, leading training initiatives to enhance sales approach and channel management capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and area for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Comes with around 6 - 8 years of sales experience within Consumer Goods, Hardware, or Retail Trade.

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Strong people leadership, key account management, and wholesale management experience.
  • Proven track record and passion for sales.
